How long does a typical visit take?
Each session is designed to last 45 minutes.

Is Indigenius Haus appropriate for all ages?
Absolutely!

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased on our website, by visiting www.indigeniushaus.com.

How do timed tickets work?
Indigenius Haus is a timed-ticketed space. Each ticket purchased will correspond with a specific time and date. Guests will have a hour and half to explore the space, starting at the time noted on their individual ticket. Towards the end of each session, we will signal a 10 and five minute warning to start wrapping up your experience.

What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?
We encourage guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to the time listed on their ticket. Please be advised that your ticket is only valid for the specific date and time purchased; if you miss your timeslot, your ticket is no longer valid.

Can I reserve tickets on the same day of my visit?
Limited tickets will be available day of; we encourage you to book all tickets in advance.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I need to print my tickets?
Indigenius utilizes a list check in. We kindly ask visitors to bring valid ID that matches the name on the ticket. If you prefer, you can print your ticket at home.

What if I lose or can’t find my tickets?
If you are unable to locate or find your tickets. The staff will be able to look up your order and print your tickets for you.

You will need to bring the following:

  • The credit card used to purchase tickets

  • Photo ID

  • If available, your email receipt or your order confirmation number.

What if I show up late and miss my time slot?
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you in the next available time slot.

We just showed up and would like to visit, but there are no tickets available. What can we do?
We will do our best to see if we can accommodate any last minute walk-ups.

Is there a dress code or clothing requirements to visit the space?
No, there are no clothing requirements.

What if I lost something?
For lost items, email IndigeniusHaus@gmail.com. Unclaimed items will not be kept after 7 days.

Is Snark Park accessible for a person with a disability?
Snark Park is an ADA compliant facility.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Indigenius Haus is wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring my pet?
Only service dogs are allowed at Snark Park.

Are baby strollers allowed?
Strollers are allowed but may be limited without notice if the exhibit gets too crowded.

Can I bring food or drinks?
No food or drink is permitted inside the exhibition space.

Can I take pictures or use my cell phone?
Yes! Pictures for personal/non-commercial use are highly encouraged!
